Creative Interior/Exterior Design for Existing Steel Building

I'm looking for an innovative designer to create an unusual, out-of-the-box living space within a steel building. The design should be eclectic, combining elements of a Cotswolds estate with fun and unusual features. It doesn't have to feel like a home. I have a long list of ideas I’ve brainstormed and I need to figure out the best use of the space. Inside and out. Very large Steel building with only shell currently (not dried in, no slab yet).
