Creative Interior Design for Duplex Villa
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Project Overview
We recently completed the construction and painting of a duplex villa and are now looking for an Interior Designer who can bring creative, sustainable, and budget-friendly ideas to enhance different spaces in the home. The designer should be able to work with an open canvas, explore various possibilities, and propose solutions that elevate functionality and aesthetics.
Scope of Work (Flexible & Evolving)
The scope of work is not limited and may evolve during the project. We are looking for a designer who can provide ideas and solutions across the villa. Initial focus areas include, but are not restricted to, the following:
1. Staircase Wall
Explore multiple concepts for the staircase wall.
Open to any creative approach: artwork, textures, mirrors, wood, metal, lighting features, or any unique idea the designer proposes.
2. Under-Staircase Space (Opens Into Living Room)
Provide a range of concepts for utilizing the under-stair area.
Could include functional, decorative, storage, seating, or any innovative idea the designer sees fit.
3. Additional Areas (Will Expand During the Project)
The designer is expected to suggest ideas for other parts of the villa as required.
Spaces may include living room accents, wall treatments, foyer area, lighting arrangement, décor planning, and space optimization across the home.
Expectations
Provide multiple design options and creative directions—not just one idea.
Use cost-effective, sustainable, and durable materials.
