Creative Designer for Emerging Women's Wear Brand

I’m building a women’s wear brand from scratch and looking for a sharp, creative designer to work directly with me.
This is not a typical “execute briefs” role — you’ll be involved in shaping how the brand looks, feels, and shows up.
Scope:
Product catalog creatives (apparel & accessories) for the website
Social-first content (posts, reels, visual storytelling)
Experimenting with formats, trends, and AI-led creative workflows
What matters:
Strong visual taste and attention to detail
Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into something compelling
Comfort with AI tools + editing software
Speed, ownership, and willingness to iterate
I don’t care about degrees or years of experience. I care about how you think, how you execute, and how seriously you take the work.
