Creative Artistic Logo Design Needed

I'm in search of a talented designer to create a logo for my baseball cap brand, which embodies a creative and artistic essence. The logo should reflect the innovative and imaginative nature of the brand, appealing to an audience that appreciates artistry and creativity.
Key Requirements:
- Design a logo that captures the creative and artistic spirit of the brand
- Ensure the logo is unique, memorable, and visually appealing
- Consider various styles and color schemes that align with a creative/artistic brand
Name of the Brand: Kovu (means "scar" in swahili)
Brand Pillars:
Design-first: Clean silhouettes, thoughtful details, quiet branding

Target Demographic:
17-34 year olds of all genders.
The brand takes inspiration from streetwear, nature and in certain ways minimalism (especially when it comes to the subtle branding).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and artistic logo designs
- Ability to translate brand identity into visual elements
- Experience with different design styles and color palettes
- Good communication skills to understand and incorporate feedback
One ESSENTIAL detail that is needed in the logo is that the flower shape which is used across my designs, needs to be incorporated (I will attach an image). I believe that swapping the "o" in kovu with the flower will be a nice way to incorporate it in a non-tacky way, however I'm open to other ideas :)
I will also attach some rough sketches of my products as that may help. The sketches are relatively rough but they should provide some use.
