Creating / designing an annual planner

I need the person research and come up with detailed design of an Awakening Annual Planner with the following pages the following tabs 1. Annual plan 2. month at a glance 3. Weekly detailed plan 4. Daily plan with 3 important goals , todo List, contact, reflection/ journal and gratitude

Each month should have themes and quotes placed in the boarder/ one corner; the quotes must be inspirational and inline with the theme for the month.
