Artwork for personal use

I am looking to hire an expert creative to produce artwork for my personal use. Specifically, I am in search of a painting that is made with any medium and sized at 24x36 inches. This artwork will be a statement piece and will be showcased in my home. I would also like to recieve digital copies of the design to be printed on a few items such as a sweater and phone case. The subject of the artwork will be my 3 ball pythons, with a skull and some florals added as well. I look forward to working with you.
