Animated Video on APN Leadership

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create an original informative video commercial. This video will inspire staff to embrace planned changes and complete the related mandatory educational program.
Key requirements:
- Emphasize the importance of the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) role in leading the change.
- Encourage staff to engage with the educational program related to the change.
- Animated visual style is preferred.
- Informative tone is essential.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in animation software
- Experience in creating corporate or educational videos
- Strong storytelling skills to convey complex messages clearly
- Ability to work within budget and deadlines

Step 1: Create an original video script with these minimum characteristics:
A. Open with a hook, catchy phrase, or tagline to capture attention.
B. A simple story or message – the story is everything to keep your audience engaged.
