Ad creation -- 2

I have video clips and almost all the audio for the ad. I want someone to add the background music and smoother the transitions between clips. Also make the audio clear and translate the audio from English to Hindi & kannada. I want this to be done as soon as possible. So if you are not sincere please do not bid.
