C# zoo quiz

Hi, I'm looking for a system for my assignment. The system has to be written in C# and written in visual studio. The system is a quiz for a zoo that wants question based on different categories such as jungle, animal and birds. The quiz should also have multiple answers sections, feel in blan and order options. The system should already have question and also be able to add questions with a UI. The system should also have a selection of different types of features which is in the image. Is this something you are able to do.
