specification & functions:
1. to be a windows 32 bit code
2. open a user selectable existing target exe file
3. change the memory page protection for all main sections of the target exe to full control (eg. .text , .rsrc, .data, .rdata
4. apply a user definable patch of given new bytes to the memory RVAs given
5. save the action as a compiled new exe
6. all via simple GUI
must be tested & completed in 7 days
