C++ windows and embedded project

I am looking for a skilled C++ developer who can help me develop a new software application that will run on both desktop and embedded systems. The main goal of this project is to create a software application from scratch. I am looking for someone who has experience in developing software applications for both desktop and embedded systems. The ideal candidate should be able to work within a timeframe of 3-4 weeks. The project will require good knowledge of C++ programming language.
