I want to write a program based on Douyu Live Broadcast

I am looking to have a custom program developed for Windows based on the Douyu Live Broadcast platform. The program should be tailored to my specific needs and requirements. It does not need to have communication features such as chat, nor should it generate any output such as analytics or reports.
