I want a custom microsoft windows logon Logic by Credential Providers(use C++ only)

I have two PC,one is use Win7 and another is use Win 10,I want shall my PC to others and don't want to shall the password
I found that Credential Providers can Custom login credentials

if anyone can do this?tell me your price,
