training setup for segmanic segmentation

I'm looking for a specialist who is able to setup a small CNN to segment a image in 2 classes.
The framework should be in Tesorflow/Keras/Pytorch.
At the moment I have 140 images labeled in two classes. Resolution 1920x1200 px.
