A trading AI : scans the markets simultaneously with a chosen indicator and provides the best settings for that indicator for those markets

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a trading AI that will scan the markets simultaneously with the Stock RSI, order block indicator and perfect trendline indicator and provide the best settings for those indicator for those markets. The project requires the following:

Indicator: The trading AI should use the indicators for market analysis and provide a 80% + winrate strategy combining those three indicators.

Time Frame: The market scans should be done on an intraday basis, specifically within the range of 1 minute to 1 hour.

Programming Language: The trading AI can be built in any programming language that is user-friendly or can be easily understood by me.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
