tailor made executable file

I need a native software, "exe file" will be built to merge hundereds of photos
and put them in an order with those steps ;

a- on first screen there will be inputs as rows, cols, and i will upload 600 or 700 photos on it,
and exe will show me those photos in selected aspect ratio

b-my 600/700 or more photos will be combined from its "refference lines" all images have refference points
to connect each other, some will be aimed some will be straight but we have to make a "true photo" from
many photos. Those many photos are a part of 1 product. That shows us errors on the produced product.

c- after the big image (combined 600 or 700 or more images) opens in 2nd screen, i will calculate errors on it,
i am gonna tell this option after doing the first option
