C++ simple game project error fix

Have a simple text-based console game. Mostly working 80% but have a few errors at runtime where the file is not being read as expected. Need assistance troubleshooting the issue (mostly wrong looping through text prompts). Should take less than an hour for an experienced developer to find and resolve the issue.
