c++ scantime/runtime FUD crypter -- 2

Project Description:
Looking for someone who can make me a simple coded in C/C++/ASM(Runtime/Scantime). Crypter also has to have execution delay option. GUI needs to be as simple as possible( like couple checkboxes for options and buttons to select a file and to crypt it). Along with a crypter I also need a source code for it, since i'll need to refud it sometimes.

The crypter needs to be fully undetected and well commented which will make it easy for me to make the stub fud another time.


Runtime/Scantime, no dependencies, 32/64 bit is a must.
