I am looking for a skilled software developer to create a scanner software for Windows using C++. The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:

2D Scanner Desktop Sofware

We need full development
In C#
We are going to use flatbed document scanners with TWAIN to communicate with the software interface
This are general requirements we have a example doc we can send if you need it
Good UX
Simple to use and stable
We are going to use flat bed document scanners with TWAIN to communicate with the software interface
We need a way to reduce the color, light and contrast to clean the best image of the foot under normal light condition

The software needs to have 2 scanning modes one for select the right or left foot and for the 2 foots at once
One of the functions is create like a heatmap on the foot
Other function takes measures of specific zones of the foot
Later the software create a pdf of a report with the patients data and the images of the foot and the left and right foot image of the foot in 1:1 size
We need to full software and the install archive


Specific Features:
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Multi-page scanning
- PDF conversion

Scanner Compatibility:
- The software needs to be compatible with specific scanner models provided by the client.

Preferred Programming Language:
- The software should be developed using C++.
