C program required to perform repetitive mathematical operations

Hi,
My name is Johnny, I am developing a C program that writes 12 integer values to a file called data.txt. The program needs to read the values in from that file, split the values into 4 arrays-three elements long so we can perform various mathematical calculations on them using functions and print the value in a table format. I have a Table of formulae for the math that needs to be performed, this also provides the format for how the program should display the values on the console after the program has run.
I will attach all files/pictures that I have that may assist in explaining the purpose of the program and what needs to be done.
the file called ANOVA contains the formulae for the math that needs to be applied to the 4 data sets as well as the layout for the table in which the outcome values should be displayed
the file called "outcome" is how the outcome should look when the program is built
The file called "manual calc" is my workings for the math required for the program, this shows how the data sets are divided up and how the mathematical operations are applied to the values
the file "code so far" is my code I've been working on.
