I need software using c ++ to make 200 signal start from 0 level. the signal in txt file.

I need the software using C++ to make 200 signal start from 0 levels. The signals will be read from a txt file and printed to a txt file. I would like an experienced programmer, who is highly knowledgeable in C++, to develop this software. The design should be intuitive and easy-to-use, and integrate into our existing system.
