I need help with an OpenGL C++ project

I need help with OpenGL C++ homework to help create multiple objects in a scene like the picture that I have attached to this request without the use of freeglut or glut. I have also attached some C++ in a Microsoft Word document of what I have come up with so far. I also need textures to be applied to the objects in the scene as well as the background. Thanks.
