I need to be able to link libaries in windows

Its must be a easy max 1 hour task for a c++ programmer who codes on windows. I am trying to link glfw3 library to my project (a project that I was working before in ubuntu i had to pass to Windows because of my compability issues of my computer). I want an online explanation to understand what did I do wrong to be able to not do it linking other projects. It has to work on my environment so I will do a screen share on Skype or discord if it suits u.
