We need a Fortran developer who should convert Fortran to C

Looking to hire Fortran Developer for our implementation partner client.
The consultant must have exp of Experience in Fortran/CAD/CAE development.
must-have skills:
• Design, programming, debugging, and testing of numerical algorithms together with the graphic libraries.
• Experience migrating codes from FORTRAN to C, directly and using F2C (FORTRAN TO C converter ).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in C/C++/Fortran programming
• Exposure to CAD/CAE software development would be an advantage
• Experience of software development and debugging on Windows & Linux platforms.\ Strong programming concepts in C/C++/Fortran would be an advantage
• Exposure to CAD/CAE software tools. would be an advantage.
