mediapipe and opencv migration into Flutter

I need to migrate mediapipe and opencv into flutter.

1. Demerge from the unity code (media pipe and OpenCV), copy folders more or less
2. convert from unity OpenCV to standard OpenCV. if any changes are needed you need to do that so the code works in the flutter stack.
3. migrate media pipe and open cv into Flutter
4. make the colour detection that is made in media pipe to work on the specific screens.
5. make it media pipe work on flutter properly with filters.
