An interactive 3D tool in C#

An interactive 3D modelling tool with a 3D model similar to a hexagon. The user can adjust the key points of the model, and the model will update accordingly based on interpolation. The user can also transform the model by moving laterally and rotating it along 3 axis.
The front and side planes have given projection images that should match the final model projections (Fig.1). The 3D model will yield contour projections on the planes (Fig. 2). The user is able to manually adjust the model key points and transform the model. The tool will enable the user to find the right model shape and transformation to match the given projection images.
Program in C# preferrably. c++ is also acceptable.
