install development machine (windows11) to compile Urbackup windows client

Project Description:

I am looking for a skilled developer who can help me install and set up a development machine running Windows 11. The main purpose of this machine is to compile the Urbackup Windows client.

Preferred Development Environment:
- Visual Studio

Software and Licenses:
- I have the necessary software and licenses for Visual Studio.

Assistance Needed:
- I require assistance with both the setup and compilation process.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using Visual Studio for development.
- Experience with setting up development environments on Windows 11.
- Knowledge of the Urbackup Windows client and its compilation process.

it now requires visual studio 2019 (info taken from the frontend github)
