Qt gui which write input in a file

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a Qt GUI for me. The chosen developer must be proficient in C as this is the preferred language. This will involve writing some input into a text file which user feed from gui, so no specific data structures are required. The user configuration should also have authentication set up, although this is not 100% necessary. The developer should have knowledge of Qt, as well as C/C++ and any experience with data structure design will be beneficial.
