gstreamer wayland

I am looking for a skilled developer that can help me integrate gstreamer with a Wayland-based compositor, which is hooked to my GUI application. The goal is to continuously record the screen. The main part I'm struggling with is supplying the frames to gstreamer. This project requires knowledge and prior experience working with gstreamer and compositors.
