extract licensing information from a few software providers using python and available api's

I am looking for a skilled backend developer to help me extract licensing information from specific software providers for the existing users using Python and API's made available by the software providers. The licensing information needs to be made available on a web page which can be protected with a password. I need the licensing information extracted from Microsoft, Adobe, and probably a few other providers. I am not sure what sort of API access credentials is needed therefore some help with that would be great.
