[C++] export CNC code (gcode) from an image

Hi Everyone,

I will need someone to make this app for me:
C++ application which will accept an image file in bitmap, dxf or free drawing format and export CNC code (gcode)

Code should be as clear as possible with comments everywhere

Also a technical report and implementation description should be added.
