C++ expert for NS- Project

Working on NS-3 MEC-Sim module (source code is available). We must modify it and introduce Service migration in the program.
To Implement an already built 5G network model (that is already tested in GLPK) into Ns-3 and integrate it with the MEC-Sim module.
Finally to implement a real scenario of a cellular network in which the movement of devices is considered (dynamic scenario) which will be done by integrating a 5G network-based simulator (NS-3) with MatLab Optimization Tool "ArchEx".
