C++ expert to deploy localization kit (lockit) for a desktop app

We need to localize a screen reader desktop app which runs under Windows. We are adding another language that will be supported by the app, and we need to localize it with Windows (since it's a screen reader, the app should be able to read Windows menus and settings in the new language, hence the need to localize the app). We have the localization kit and a good set of instructions, so you will be able to follow the process. You will need to use Visual Studio 2019 and C++.
