C++ developer with video processing experience

We are looking for a C++ developer with video processing experience for a quick fix on our project.
Our app, Stych (https://stych.app) uses the Bento4 library to split videos into small 3-second video chunks. We need to change up/modify the Bento4 library that converts these video chunks from MPEG2-TS to MP4 files right **after** (or while) it creates them and reduces the resolution.
