C developer to refactor existing Assembler program code

I have a program which is basically an Assembler built in .C
The program works as intended. all I need is quick developer that can refactor my code, without breaking it (change function names, file names, variable names, document the code (change the comments or add comments) and change a little bit of logic here and there.
