To code arithmetic coding for data compression in c/c++

Need someone who can make a program for data compression using arithmetic coding technique, in the program a input text file will be provided and the task is to apply arithmetic coding to compress that text file and produce an output text file. Programing language for this task is c/c++. A research paper will be provided along this post for explanation
