c++ car rental application

A lot of the code has been written for this project, i just need someone to finish the project. Please read the word document and look at the 'general tips and comments' at the end of the document as this is what I'm wanting you to add to this project in addition to anything else on the document.

Please Keep in mind, the memory management is very important and must be included. All the code needs to be commented and the purpose of each function needs to be explained in the comments. Feel free to re-write any of the code
