To build .exe program to open external program and fill auto id pass also change mac address to a given

i need a .exe pc application that open an external my another appication which one need mac address user name and pass

i wants to fill auto all these details.
means:
when i run .exe it open the given external program and change mac address also fill auto login details.

i recomend pyrhon c /c++ or any language
