C based USB ports monitor (Windows OS)

We need to monitor the USB port and if a particular data comes in, we need to set a flag and reset it immediately. (If "X" number of USB ports means, then we need "X" number of flags)

On the github, there is a project called "busdog". All you need to do is just take that code and add the flags.
