Write some code / make a modification to existing windows application to allow joystick input

This is a windows programme that emulates Nintendo Switch game on a windows PC.

The application allows users to select different joysticks but it will not work with the Logitech g29 steering wheel.

I want someone to modify or create a work around so that the application can recognise the Logitech G290 wheel in games.

I am willing to pay for a new Logitech g290 wheel for the successful winner of this project so that it can be used for testing.

Some additional information : I have been able to use a small programme called x360ce to convert the wheels signal to an xbox 360 gamepad and Yuzu does recognise the button inputs but not the wheel.

This is a serious commercial project.

IMPORTANT
I do not have the time to award the project only to be told afterwards you cannot do it. Please at the very least look at the Yuzu software and have an understanding of wether you can actually do this task.

I have obviously done a lot of research online and there are no solutions that i can find. My preference would be my own fork of Yuzu that recognises the Logitech g920 race wheel.
