Windows microphone tool

Hello
I need a small tool for Windows that seems simple but I can't find it anywhere.
I have 2 microphones on my PC and I need to turn them on and off and to switch between them very often (every few minutes). I can do it via the Windows menus but it's a lot of clicks.
So I would like a tool with a simple window with 2 buttons, one for each microphone. Button pressed = microphone active, not pressed = inactive.
I never need to use both microphones at the same time. I don't need the tool to be especially pretty. It should just have a configuration window to select the 2 microphones that I want to use (if I use it on a laptop for example I might have a 3rd mike that I would not use)
