C++ on Windows client

We have a requirement to build a client to connect to a custom server. This client should be developed with C++ and binary should be deployed to Windows. To build this client, DLL files are available. However, for this project, you can create a dummy DLL file that simulates the functions.


The deliverables are expected to be the C++ source code, test suite and installation instructions (README.md) in a GitHub repository.
