C# Windows Registry Cleaner

I am in need of a Windows program developed in C#, with the capability of executing a specific search operation within the registry. This bespoke application should cater to the following requirements:

- Proficiency in string search operations within the Windows registry, specifically within the scope of the current user's registry.
- Following every successful search, the program must effortlessly loop a macro operation, which involves searching with F3, deleting the registry key, and then ultimately hitting Enter before initiating the next loop.
- The program needs to be designed to prioritize safety and ensure no harmful deletions occur unintentionally or as a result of automated operations.

To successfully complete this project, the freelancer must have a strong understanding of programming with C#, alongside robust knowledge of manipulating the Windows registry. Furthermore, experience in developing macro loops in C# will greatly benefit in meeting the project requirements.
