C++ Windows 10/11 App Development

We search for experienced C++ developer for updating our currently outdated Windows application.
PLEASE DON"T BID if you are not familiar with subject and don't know what is DLL's injection, Chrome hooks, SSL read, SSL write, Trampoline, Splice e.t.c.
Requirements:
- pure 64 bit native Windows application in C++
- PE (portable executable) and DLL's with no admin rights required or any additional dependencies installation required
- should work on any Windows 10 and Windows 11 64bit version
- should work with latest Chrome v. 120 and Edge v. 120 browsers
- this project or parts of this code SHOULD NEVER be used in other projects or sold, given e.t.c. to third persons or companies.

Update for our currently outdated Windows application. Need to be updated only part of code what's
responsible for injecting hooks into chrome and edge browsers process and get/amend data via hooked SSL-read and SSL-write function. You can use Detours or any similar public technique for Dll injection as long as it's not trigger Defender attention. You can use and it's highly welcomed if you have any private concepts and techniques for achieving goal, and we will be happy to see your POC (proof of concept) before we hire you.
About ethics:
This is NOT a any kind of malicious application, even if it uses similar or may be a bit offensive techniques it's only purpose is control our company employees behavior in our offices during business hours by restricting them open specific websites and restricting them transfer out of office specific type of sensitive data, and protect us against corruption and industrial espionage due to nature of our business.
We are European based company and met all European data protection laws and directives. However short answer is - yes we do our employees video and audio surveillance in all our offices, and computer data surveillance aswell, and it IS LEGIT.
