Video Streaming on Embedded Linux Systems

I need an expert in Embedded Linux and GStreamer who can help me build an embedded system with video streaming capabilities.

Your task will be to:
- Develop an embedded system that can handle live video streaming.
- Ensure the system is compatible with various embedded platforms.
- Image Processing, using Gstreamer embedded features (blurring, scaling, etc.)
- Embedded Linux
- Reduce latency, code-refactoring
- Open GL
