There is a camera placed on height of 5-6 Meter on Road. we are able to get RTSP stream from that camera.
> Now we need to find out speed of vehicle coming towards camera.
> need to find out speed in real time basis
> Need ROI where Moving object High resolution snapshot required
> need to store logs locally where speed of vehicle, object image, datetime to be stored.
> no GPU will be used to implement this, so we need to do code without GPU, it should run perfectly on CPU only. CPU config will be 4 core intel i7, 16gb ram
> need real time result without missing any vehicle.
