VLC Auto Close Crash Button for Win10

Need a windows program that will look for the VLC Media player (32 bit) "Oops, VLC has crashed" window and closes it. VLC starts a new instance when this is clicked manually and that functionality needs to remain or start play again from a variable Playlist name entry with fixed location of C:

I have playlists stored on C: that are played every few hours for digital signage. Something unknown occasionally crashes VLC media player (32) forcing me or staff to click the button. It then resumes playing. Would simply like to automate this process.
