Using OpenCV C++/C Extract out number plate image area from the photo of the Vehicle

Using OpenCV (or any other library) C++/C Extract out number plate image area from the photo of the Vehicle and save it as another image file. This is the test part of project, we will run it on thousands of images and see how precisely does it recognize the number plate part and extracts it out.
