Update BitcoinZ electrum wallet.

BitcoinZ has electrum wallet version 3.1.3, we would need to update it to latest version, so that it would be appliable by ledger team.
Ideal would be to make it from copy of electrum zcash 4.1.2 and integrate BitcoinZ in it.
