Unique Video Processing Tool Using FFmpeg

I'm looking for an FFmpeg tool that will make my videos unique. The tool should randomly alter the videos by changing the length, adding noise or pixel distortion, and cutting segments randomly. The purpose is for it to have a unique code for bots, so that if ad moderator bots check it, they will not recognize it as the same video.
Requirements:
- The tool should process single videos at a time
- It should support the MP4 video format
- Ideally, it will be able to change the video length, add noise or pixel distortion, and cut segments randomly
